The organizational structure of PPPRA is based on the
hierarchical principle and philosophy that emphasizes robust
lower level employees, a lean middle level managers, and a lean
top Management. This is intended to ensure a compact and mobile
workforce that is highly professionalized and productive.
The Agency is made up of a sub- department, which is the office
of the Executive Secretary, a core operational Department, and
two supportive Departments.
Thus;
- Operations
- Corporate services and
- Finance and Administration
Both operations, and Finance and Administration Department are
currently headed by AGMs (Assistant General Manager) while a
General Manager heads Corporate Services Department.
